10/10 service! I just left right now and felt super compelled to write this review which I never typically do but wow everyone was so nice and the sandwich is amazing as always. I come to this location all the time but the workers really made my day today! So kind and super talkative they're doing a fantastic job!
Great service and sandwiches. Meat and cheese are freshly sliced when you order. For take out orders, I like to get sauces or other wet condiments separately so the sandwich isn't soggy.
To my earlier review add: Jersey Mike's has a totally legit Philly cheesesteak! I tried it recently and was impressed. Earlier review: I've had a bunch of subs from various Jersey Mike's and am delighted to have this one so convenient to me. If you're craving a classic Italian sub, look no further than their #13. The other options I've tried have been good, too-- including their tuna, a sandwich I don't always trust elsewhere. The staff here (and at all the other locations I've tried) is friendly, fast and responsive, and the Jersey Mike's app simply rocks! This place has earned a spot on my regular-rotation list, and I have no higher compliment. For almost-fast food or road-trip fare, it's a great choice.
I'm originally from the Philadelphia area and I know about cheesesteaks. I grew up eating them. I've tried most of the cheesecakes in Gilroy but the cheesecakes at Jersey Mikes are my favorite. Menu item number 17 on white bread is my favorite. The bread is fresh and the portion size is adequate. I like mine with fried onions, ketchup and sweet peppers. And I usually ask for extra sweet peppers. Many may not know this, but, but there's an app that you can download and install on your iPhone. With the app you can order in advance so that your cheesesteak will be waiting when you arrive. And if you use the app repeatedly, you accumulate credits that work towards a free cheesesteak after several orders. I usually pull out my phone and place my order when I'm at Costco so that on my way home, I can swing by and quickly pick up my favorite sandwich. If you haven't tried Jersey, Mike subs, then you haven't had the best sandwich.I've been here multiple times and i'm grateful that there is a place like this in a small town call gilroy. Their meat and bread is always fresh.And I love their cold lettuce especially when they add vinegar and oil .
